Every meal time, pick something to eat became a very picky subject to me. Although I am very very pleased with the process so far, ever since I got my braces, I can’t chew that good. It’s just a bit painful to force to chew the food and also scare to eat something hard – the wire popped out one time and bothered me for whole day.
For that reason, my boyfriend got me the great Vitamax, just so I can blend every food and drink up. He seriously told me to blend a burger and drink… but of course that doesn’t sound right. Anyway, ever since we got the Vitamax, we are drinking a lot of smoothies and fruits! Drinking fruit helps me stay ‘not-so-hungry,’ and to lose some weight (I lost 12lbs so far.)
Strawberry Daiquiri (virgin) is one of my very favorites. So I thought why not share my own recipe with you?
*This is my own recipe which you might think it as very simple.
Please be aware that It can be very different from other ‘legit’ ones.
- 8 Fresh Strawberries
- 50ml Club soda
- 1~2 Sugar (regular spoon)* optional
- In a blender, combine ice, sugar and strawberries.
- Pour in club soda * you may add more if it’s too thick. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
