Create a three year time capsule, together
The other day, my boyfriend and I were talking about the movie and we ended up asking each other bunch questions; as such as ‘what was the first movie we watched?’ ‘first road trip?’ etc.. You know, just silly throwback questions. We both know where we’ve gone and what we’ve done together but not so detailed.
When I found this little notebook at the Barnes & Noble, I really thought this was a great idea to keep our memories. This journal is designed so that two people can create a three year time capsule of their relationship in the easiest way possible. Simply turn to today’s date and take a few minutes to answer the question at the top of the page. Even just one sentence is enough to create a snapshot of memories. As the years go by, we will be able to see how the answers have changed.
So far, we wrote down 9 days together and I am in love with this little notebook as I can see how my boyfriend thinks each day. Also, this journal asks the questions everyday and sometimes a question that I’ve wanted to ask but couldn’t ask as such as ‘ what reminds you that you’re in love?’ (actually this will be our question of the day for today and I am very much looking forward to see my boyfriend’s answer!) The best part of it is, if one person forgets to write it another person will remind you to write 🙂
So, what do you think about this little journal? If you are looking to get one for you & your partner, find it at the Barnes & Noble or Ebay; I’ve purchased mine from Barnes & Noble ($16.95)
