does it sound like you?
I’ve been a busy bee with my design projects, which currently booked until end of June, as well as my midterms. I am having a very veeeeeery hard time trying to sleep in past few days, In fact, I’m awake for about 40 hours now. (* I know this is little odd/sily question but what was your ‘the longest’ time that you were awake? ) Some people told me that Insomnia can be caused by well amount of stress. So, maybe that’s why? I assumed.
One thing I know for sure is that there’s so much thinking going on at late night recently. literally I ‘think’ too much. But everything I think about at night are usually pretty silly & pointless! – as such as, ‘oh I feel like eating Green Tea ice cream. Oh I can’t wait Leia (my Yorkie) to meet Chewy (my parents Yorkie) in Summer. Oh I feel like doing this, doing that but hey it’s already 3a.m.! and go on & on ‘ I just can’t sleep at all. I’ve tried to force myself at one point however suddenly became very emotional when I looked at my boyfriend’s face while he’s in asleep! for NO freaking reason…(creepy) I truly think I’m going nuts!
And yes, obviously I do have big heavy eyelids that are almost half way down right now. Feeling tired but can’t sleep ( if you know what i mean by that. ) Even though my eyes are half asleep, it seems like I can see my dark circle under my eyes clearly than any other time.
I was thinking of taking an allergy medicine or sleeping pill that knocks me down instantly, however, every time I wake up from the med, I feel super super tired – like even more tired – and almost look like a seaweed in the ocean for a whole day.
So I just wondering if anybody knows good natural remedies for sleep/relax ? or perhaps any good tips?0
