I up-voted on almost every single request for Bloglovin’s Q&A page about the widget’s color – so that bloglovin team really consider offering more colors for it. However, it’s just taking so long or rather feels like it hasn’t processed any bit. So here I am, trying to give you an alternative way to change the color until Bloglovin officially offers new widget counter!
- First, copy the code (Commend + C) below and paste (Commend + V) it on your sidebar or bottom of the post etc..anywhere you want.
<div style= “filter: hue-rotate(35deg)!important;-webkit-filter: hue-rotate(35deg);-moz-filter: hue-rotate(35deg);-ms-filter: hue-rotate(35deg);-o-filter: hue-rotate(35deg);”>
[your original bloglovin counter widget code goes here]
- The code above is set to my current widget’s color – you can save it just like that or play with the number to change it to the different color. ex) (35deg) -> (75deg)
- Just make sure to make all the degree numbers to the same one… And that’s about it! DONE.
Let me know if you have any questions! *and let me know if you are interested in changing the widget to match your mono-scheme (black & white) layout.
*many of you commented that it doesn’t work – I updated the post with the correct code.6
